Access to this Site does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of HealingBeyondBorders.org’s or any third party's intellectual property rights. Pricing

While HealingBeyondBorders.org strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. HealingBeyondBorders.org cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, HealingBeyondBorders.org shall have the right, at HealingBeyondBorders.org’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, HealingBeyondBorders.org may, at HealingBeyondBorders.org’s discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We do our best to provide you with great values on the Site as well as in our store. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in our store. Store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Our store does not honor Internet pricing or competitor advertisements from outside of a store's local trade territory. HealingBeyondBorders.org does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day. Customers employing mobile devices to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. Accordingly, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.

Objectionable Content

You understand that by using this Site or any services provided on the Site, you may encounter Content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which Content may or may not be identified as such. You agree to use the Site and any service at your sole risk and that HealingBeyondBorders.org and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable

We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Privacy Policy

Healing Beyond Borders does not sell or rent your personal information. Healing Beyond Borders uses your information to provide products and services and to support core business functions. These uses include order or service fulfillment, internal business processes, marketing, authentication, loss and fraud prevention, public safety and legal functions. We may combine all the information we collect. We may disclose your information within our corporate family of companies. We may disclose your personal information to third parties under the following limited circumstances: with service providers or suppliers that help with our business operations or joint products, with your consent, when necessary to protect the safety, property, or other rights of Healing Beyond Borders, its customers, or associates, or when otherwise required by law

Return Policy Most Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.  Books, DVDs, CDs, and other material items can be shipped to:

A full refund will be made upon receipt of the item(s).  Items must be returned in their original condition - shrink wrapped items must be unopened.

What Can Not Be Returned
Refunds will not be made on membership fees, certification fees, or for damaged items.

Conference Cancellation Refunds
Conference registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) upon written notice of cancellation up to 14 days prior to the start of conference.
