  My name is Alex or you can call me Zandra. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner as well as Reiki Master, and certified level 1 in Healing Touch For Animals. I have a Master of Arts in Holistic Health Studies, and I work part time at a local food co-op in the wellness department. I pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and healing space for people. My work is gentle but profound. I am passionate about educating others on how to take better care of themselves and find more joy in their lives.
