LifeSpark Cancer Resources matches individuals with cancer with Healing Touch and Reiki providers.

Location: This program operates in the Metro-Denver area of Colorado from Longmont to Colorado Springs.
Partners: Sessions are held at three hospitals (Denver Health Medical Center, Anschutz Cancer Center, and Memorial Hospital), fourteen Elements Massage studios, and five churches.
Who is served: Adults with any type or stage of cancer as well as their caregivers
Fees: This program is offered at no cost
Training: Volunteer Healing Touch and Reiki providers attend an intensive 18 hour training program, and attend monthly support and continuing education meetings.
Funding: LifeSpark is funded through private individuals and foundations.
History. This program began November, 2002 at QuaLife Wellness Community. LifeSpark was founded in March 2005 and the program was transfered to LifeSpark in November 2005.
Total served: Since 2002, the program has provided over 10,000 sessions and have served over 1,000 individuals with cancer, and their caregivers.
