I have been a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner since 2006. For five years, I provided integrative therapies to hospital patients and staff at Woodwinds Health Campus. In 2015, I expanded my practice as a health care advocate by joining the team at Everspring Health Cooperative, located in the uptown area of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I facilitate relaxation, health and balance for the body, mind and spirit by engaging in integrative health modalities, including Healing Touch, Reiki, Qi Gong and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Incorporating over 20 years of spiritual training and conscious development, I also facilitate meditation and mindfulness, sharing practices of the Spiritual Tool Kit (awareness/psychic development) with the intent to validate one's spirit and the journey of awakening to truth, purpose joy and peace.
In my free time, I founded Delightful Healing Arts, LLC, as a platform to express and share via writing and photography. I teach West Coast Swing dance, enjoy Argentine tango, balboa and more. I love spending time in nature and with family and friends.

I offer Healing Touch Sessions and individual coaching sessions in my private practice in Burlingame. Included in my clientele are individuals experiencing chronic illness, are experiencing acute conditions, seeking pain management, are on a personal growth path and are at end-of life. I also specialize in working with cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.
Since 2007, I have been providing Healing Touch Sessions to cancer patients and caregivers through the Stanford Cancer Supportive Care Program. I have volunteered for Stanford's Healing Partner Program providing Healing Touch for cancer patients since 2004. And I have worked with elders, founding the Healing Touch Program at the Jewish Home of San Francisco, a skilled nursing facility.
My years of working with clients coming to the end of cancer therapies questioning what comes next led me to seek out a coaching model where I would have more tools to assist my clients in the next steps in their healing. I became certified as a Certified Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coach in 2011 and a Certified Cancer Journey Coach in 2016. I marvel at the power of the Cancer Journey Program process, tools and ease with which transformation can take place before my eyes.
As I support my clients in their self-healing process, I am committed to my own, having learned that each day presents opportunities for each of us to learn, grow and expand. I strive to live a balanced, positive, conscious and authentic life. As I acquire new skills, knowldege, awareness and tools to enhance my capacity to serve and evolve, I can be present with compassion and insight in both my work and personal life.
