Dr. Sue Peck is a holistic nurse practitioner.  Her bachelor’s nursing degree is from UW-Eau Claire, her Master’s degree is in nursing with a specialty in trauma nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, TX, and her Doctoral degree, from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, is in nursing with a minor in gerontology. She’s practiced as a Holistic Nurse Practitioner since 1996.

Helping people manage chronic illness, pain, tension and anxiety, and assistance with the dying process are areas of special interest in her practice. Chronic illness is something the health care system struggles to manage. If we work with the person and how the illness impairs their life, we can find ways to increase meaning and quality of life for them. Using Healing Touch alongside traditional health care has tremendous benefits for the person. And whenever we can find the cause, rather than just treating symptoms, we are better able to improve life.

Lisa is Executive Director and Holistic Nurse Consultant for Integrative Health Care for Healing Beyond Borders.  She is a Registered Nurse with 45+ years experience, a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor and teaches Courses 1-5, Certified Holistic Nurse through AHNCC, Reiki Master/Teacher, and formerly held certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator. She has over 20 years experience as a nurse clinician specialist within the nation's largest teaching hospital with an expertise in women and children's health, transplantation, and biomedical ethics.  Anselme has presented extensively to both professional and lay audiences on the topics of integrative health care, energy therapies, holistic consciousness and ethics.  She teaches and presents throughout the US and internationally. She is co-author of the textbooks, Healing Touch: Enhancing Life Through Energy Therapies (2014) and  Foundations and Practice of Healing Touch (1st Ed. 2017, 2nd Ed. 2024). Formerly practicing in Iowa City, Iowa, Lisa maintains a full private practice in holistic nursing and bioenergy therapies in Lakewood, Colorado.

Sue Kagel RN, BSN, HNB-BC, CHTP/I has been in nursing for over 35 years.  She has taught Healing Touch nationally and internationally in Ecuador and the Netherlands while maintaining a Healing Touch Practice with a holistic nursing approach at Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Tucson, AZ for over 20 years.

Sue is on faculty with Andrew Weil's Program at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Tucson, AZ teaching Healing Touch and Energy Therapy and is co-author of an NIH Grant, Healing Touch and the Stressed Neonate using Healing Touch in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  She has been a Certified  Healing Touch Instructor for 15 years.

As a volunteer, Sue has served as a Healing Touch International Board Member and is a Past President and served on several committees. She writes for the HTI Perspectives in Healing Publication and presents Keynotes, lectures and workshops nationally.

Mary O’Neill, RN, CHTP, CHTI

Mary is a Registered Nurse, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor in private practice in St. Louis since 1998.  She is also on staff at Mercy South Hospital offering HT to patients in the Cancer Center.  She is a member of Healing Beyond Borders and Healing Touch St. Louis.  Offering her skills in leadership and service, she has recently completed a seven year term on the Board of Directors.  From 2010-2013, she served as President of the Board of Healing Touch International, now Healing Beyond Borders.  Mary is an experienced and inspiring presenter on Healing Touch, spirituality, wellness and self-care.  She teaches Levels 1-5 of the HTI Healing Touch Certificate Program.

Bonnie Johnson RN MS CHTP/I is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner/ Instructor, Certified Holistic Nurse and Child Development Specialist with over 50 years of experience in nursing, counseling and educating adults and children.  In 1990, she opened a holistic nursing practice, providing energetic healing and lifestyle counseling in Nashville, Tennessee.  Bonnie has developed and published numerous healing techniques, including the Amygdala Connection (with Marty Rather). She extends her healing efforts toward the earth by planting and protecting trees.

Certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner in October 2005, Lorie has been practicing healing touch, Reiki, and Shamanic Healing for the past 16 years.  Small group workshops and classes are taught at The Healing Moon in Carbondale, Illinois. Lorie's practice includes work with cancer patients, the dying and their families, and basic stress relief, as well as energy work for dogs, cats, and horses.

My background is nursing. I've had expereince in Medical/Surgical nursing and was a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Advanced Practice Nurse for over 30 years. I recently retired my licenses to focus more on Energy Medicine, including Biofield Tuning. I have a full time practice providing in-person and remote Energy work and Coaching/Mentoring. 

I have extensive history/experience of working with many types of trauma. My practice focuses on helping people heal from physical, emotional and spiritual traumas and physical illness. 

I believe it’s important to live life with balance.  As a 30+ year healthcare professional in allopathic medicine and studying and practicing energy medicine since 1996, I am able to integrate the knowledge of both to help others in their healing journey and in seeking life balance. My intention and passion is to assist others with healing and to empower them to take an active part in their own healing and self-care. I have experience working with people of all ages and with many different health conditions.

Kathleen, owner of Reset & Renew, has been doing energy work since 2010, and became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in March of 2018.

My name is Alex or you can call me Zandra. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner as well as Reiki Master, and certified level 1 in Healing Touch For Animals. I have a Master of Arts in Holistic Health Studies, and I work part time at a local food co-op in the wellness department. I pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and healing space for people. My work is gentle but profound. I am passionate about educating others on how to take better care of themselves and find more joy in their lives. In my free time, you can find me climbing mountains, at the beach, dancing, reading books, or snuggling with my healer cat Nellie.

Long interested in integrative therapies, my journey with Healing Touch began in 2002. I was deeply moved by the work & witnessed positive effects for so many people. I became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner through HTI/HBB in 2009 & Certified Healing Touch Instructor in 2013.  I have a private practice, serve as the coordinator for the B;ue Ridge Shenandoah Healing Touch Practice Group & the Mentorship Group , coordinator for Healing Touh classes, a Level 1 Instructor & a Mentor for Apprentices of Healing Touch.

I am a BSN RN and  work as a Registered Nurse, charge nurse on a pediatric/adult medical surgical inpatient unit. I served as the Interim Clinical Educator, Pediatrics for SRMH from 8/2011-12/2014. I work as a Healing Touch coordinator & volunteer to offer a monthly Healing Touch clinic to staff of SRMH through in Circle-of-Care.

My intention is to be a healing presence through the heart centered practice & teaching of Healing Touch & to support an integrative approach to health & healing. I find this path to be a rich exploration of self- care & an ever-deepening experience of the mind, body, & spirit connection & a deep blessing in my life.

As a yoga teacher and Healing Touch Practitioner, I love when people find tools to feel and live better. The community and energy at Yoga Sanctuary are saturated with kindness and I love being part of it! I moved to MInneapolis after earning my MFA in Choreography from University of Iowa, and began teaching dance at St. Cloud State University.  When stress and injuries started to hold me back, I would drop in to Ben Vincent’s yoga class, which put enough of a band-aid on things that I could keep going.  After my daughter was born in 2010, I was eager to replace work-stress with Mom-stress, but found that I needed yoga and Healing Touch study to unwind the ropes of new responsibility and identity.   I completed the 235 hr yoga teacher training at Devanadi and started training in Healing Touch there, mostly because I wanted better tools to live more fully--with less pain and stress. I studied Healing Touch with Barb Schommer, Carol Schoenekker and Dana Spates, who became one of my mentors.

In May 2017, I completed a 9 month program of intensive Yoga Studies with Ben Vincent, and became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2018.  Partnering with Shelley Pagitt at Yoga Sanctuary to create the Holistic Yoga Teacher Training and Personal Transformation program has been an amazingly fulfilling experience. I am currently undertaking another in-depth study or yoga at Devanadi to become a 500hr RYT.

Renee is an Indigenous Healing Practitioner who has worked in healthcare for over 38 years. Her healing work carries a Native American influence having lineage in the Ojibwe snake clan, the clan of healing & medicine. She has a special interest and shares a deep connection with those who have experienced trauma, and has additional training; specific to helping others move out of trauma and into resilience. Renee uses Healing Touch & other holistic healing modalities, along with the insight & clarity of clairvoyance, to help bring awareness & healing to the 'root cause' of illness, and cultivate wellness & harmony to the full body, the body, mind & spirit. Renee has proven to be a powerful healer, assisted thousands in restoring what she says is innately theirs, their health, healing & happiness!
