My mission is to educate and guide people around the world to embrace effective holistic self-care strategies for balanced, joyful living and continuous total healing. (The most effective, lasting healing creates sustainable balance across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.)

In the 10+ years I have been working with clients, I have assisted in a variety of healings and helping people learn how to manage their stress proactively which strengthens the nervous system and immune system.  I created and taught a Stress Management class combined with studies of psychoneuroimmunology and energy psychology to  help clients find the strategies that work best for their lifestyle and spirit. 

Remote sessions and face to face sessions are both possible. I have successfully remotely worked on clients across the USA, Italy, Iraq, Turkey, Palestine, and India.  I am open to travel to your home in Michigan, work in my office space, or outside in the healing gardens for face to face sessions. I started Level 1 training 5 years ago in 2012. I was diagnosed with lupus in 2011 and was looking for something I could do because I was in so much pain all the time that I couldn't continue doing physical jobs like I've always done. I didn't know what to expect but a friend highly recommended I try Healing Touch. I fell in love right away! The weekend of training felt more like going to a spa and I never wanted to leave! I felt so amazing! I knew that if I felt this good, others will too. So I continued on until certification in 2016 and I currently work out of my home in Freeport, MN. I have returning clients every month and I'm looking to add another location in St. Cloud to be more convenient for other clients as well.

Jenny is a Certified Healing Touch Practioner who has been practicing for many years. 

She was certified through the HBB program in Healing Touch.  Jenny's passion for Healing Touch grew as she saw the powerful impact it had on her clients in all areas of their life.  She loves that it helps physical, emotional, mental and spiritual matters.  Jenny is also a Certified Angel Card Reader, as well as Certified in the doTerra Aromatouch Technique and Ear Candling Specialist.

My nursing career of 39 years has spanned all of life's spectrum from labor and delivery to hospice.  Healing Touch has been a gift to me personally and professionally.  I belive in empowering my clients with wellness tools and healing techniques that are holistic.  Unless we address mind, body and spirit we cannot achieve wholeness.  I have a special interest in women with unexplained pelvic pain and irritable bowel syndrome as well as sports injuries.  Healing Touch is an important component to any wellness plan.  Learning to listen to our bodies and respond appropriately is crutial to maintaining a balanced life and healthy body.

I have been a Certified HealingTouch Practitioner since 1995.  My Master's Degree is in Human Development and Family Wellness.  I then finished massage therapy training so I could practice Healing Touch.  I have studied Pranic Healing, Crainio-sacral, Ortho-bionomy, Intuitive healing and am a Reiki Master.  The Healing Touch work is amazing and I love doing it and feel better myself.  I also work with people on stress education and lifestyle issues. 

I am married, have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.  I love learning and reading and being at our summer cabin in MN.

Claire D’Andrea, RN, CHTP, NC-BC, CCRC has over 48 years of nursing experience encompassing Integrative and Holistic Medicine, Intensive Care, Research, Maternal Child Health and Home Health. She earned certifications as an Integrative Nurse Coach from The International Nurse Coach Association, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner from Healing Beyond Borders, and Clinical Research Coordinator from The Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is HeartMath trained though the HeartMath Institute. Claire is a member of The International Nurse Coach Association, The Holistic Nurses Association, Healing Beyond Borders, and The Association of Clinical Research Professionals. 

Claire’s educational background and years of diverse clinical nursing experience has led to a gratifying career in health care. Believing that health is more than the absence of disease, her passion is helping people explore the many facets of healing and the intricate connection of the mind, body and spirit in achieving a state of well-being and health. Her healing touch journey began after her own cardiac event in 1998. She began her personal healing in energy medicine with healing touch witch led her to study and practice to become a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2008. In 2017 she became a Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach.

In addition to her private practice she enjoys working with the team at Guarneri Integrative Health, Inc. at Pacific Pearl La Jolla as an Integrative Nurse Coach and Healing Touch provider. Previously, Claire worked full-time at Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, California for almost 15 years. She was the Supervisor of Patient Care at the center from 2004- 2017, managing a diverse clinical staff of health care professionals including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Biofeedback Therapists, Acupuncturists, Healing Touch Practitioners and a Research Nurse. She had oversight of the clinical operations of the department including healing modalities classes and workshops, cardiac stress imaging studies, the Lifestyle change program, cardiac rehab and Enhanced External Counter Pulsation

Claire volunteers with two notable organizations. She is a Board Member of Miraglo Foundation and serves as Secretary. She also volunteers her time to support women living with heart disease for WomenHeart, a nonprofit with the mission to improve the health and quality of life of women living with or at risk of heart disease and advocate for their benefit.  She has been a spokesperson for WomenHeart since 2004 and has presented at many community events and for the California Society for Cardiac Rehab. She was a member of the WomenHeart Board of Directors from 2012 – 2017 and also served a term as Vice Chair of the Board. She trained at the  WomenHeart Science and Leadership symposium in 2004 and has been a WomenHeart Champion since then holding monthly support groups and ongoing public speaking.

Valorie Knowlton RN, BA, CHTP/I received her nursing degree from Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts, and has a BA in Human Development from Eckerd College in Sarasota, Florida. With over 40 years nursing experience her professional career has incorporated Cardiac Intensive Care, including Open Heart and Cardiovascular Lab, Home Health, and Hospice. Since 2009 she’s worked at Sarasota Interventional Radiology and is dedicated to holistic/integrative ways of practicing and is recognized for her compassionate heart and Healing Touch practice. Valorie has a special affection for the elderly, helping patients cope with cancer, pain, trauma, and the importance self-care.

In the early 1990’s as her life and career developed she began to search for deeper meaning and purpose in life because she felt like “something was missing.” After experiencing Reiki I/II and other integrative approaches to health she was introduced to Healing Touch in 2002. In her first class she felt like she had finally “come home” and knew one day she would teach this work. In 2007 she received her Certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner, and had a private practice in the Village of the Arts in Bradenton, Florida where she and her husband owned The Village Bookshop and The Healing Cottage, 2005-2010. In 2012 she received her Certification as a Healing Touch Instructor for Course 1. She currently teaches classes in Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale, and James Haley VA hospital in Tampa, and has a Healing Touch practice in her home.

Valorie is passionate about HT and teaches with wisdom, compassion and an open heart. She believes that we all have a divine light that is within us and Healing Touch is one way that allows the individual the ability to ignite that light to its fullest potential so we may have greater meaning and purpose in life. As a Healing Touch instructor it is her desire that each student grow to their fullest potential and “BE the light they are meant to be in the world.”
