Kevyn Burn, BSN, RN, CHTP has been a health and human service professional for more than 35 years. In addition to working in healthcare program management and assisting people with mental health and brain disorders, Kevyn has cared for the elderly, the poor, adolescents with conduct, mental health and intellectual  disorders, and other marginalized individuals. Kevyn received her Healing Touch certification in 2014. In addition to her extensive professional credentials, Kevyn brings a wealth of life experience to her Healing Touch practice. She was a dancer and performer for 20 years, did world-wide traveling as a compassionate clown with Patch Adam's Gesundheit! Institute, and has studied and participated in holistic and complementary healing methods as well as a wide range of spiritual and religious ceremonies. Pamela Grigg, RN, HNB-BC, HWNC-BC, CHTP/I Pam has been a Trauma Nurse since 2009 and practicing Healing Touch since 2010. She feels guided to bring Holistic Health Care to traditional medicine and Hospitals, directed toward balancing the whole person, placing them in the best space to self-heal. She has led numerous projects at Scripps Hospital including Code Lavender Events, Relaxation Rooms (Zen Dens), Stress Management and Aromatherapy, and Roving wellness carts. Jane is a Cancer Survivor with nursing experience in oncology, behavioral health and pain management. She specializes in helping clients reduce reliance on post-op narcotic medication, and is honored to assist patients navigating challenging cancer treatment.

Bio-field therapies have been an important part of my nursing practice while in the hospital setting, and now in my private practice and in my volunteer work at Hope Lodge (a respite house for cancer patients and thier caregivers). I have extensive experience in working with Parkinson's Patients and other Neurological Challenged individuals.

I have been a Certified HealingTouch Practitioner since 1995.  My Master's Degree is in Human Development and Family Wellness.  I then finished massage therapy training so I could practice Healing Touch.  I have studied Pranic Healing, Crainio-sacral, Ortho-bionomy, Intuitive healing and am a Reiki Master.  The Healing Touch work is amazing and I love doing it and feel better myself.  I also work with people on stress education and lifestyle issues. 

I am married, have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.  I love learning and reading and being at our summer cabin in MN.

Valorie Knowlton RN, BA, CHTP/I received her nursing degree from Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts, and has a BA in Human Development from Eckerd College in Sarasota, Florida. With over 40 years nursing experience her professional career has incorporated Cardiac Intensive Care, including Open Heart and Cardiovascular Lab, Home Health, and Hospice. Since 2009 she’s worked at Sarasota Interventional Radiology and is dedicated to holistic/integrative ways of practicing and is recognized for her compassionate heart and Healing Touch practice. Valorie has a special affection for the elderly, helping patients cope with cancer, pain, trauma, and the importance self-care.

In the early 1990’s as her life and career developed she began to search for deeper meaning and purpose in life because she felt like “something was missing.” After experiencing Reiki I/II and other integrative approaches to health she was introduced to Healing Touch in 2002. In her first class she felt like she had finally “come home” and knew one day she would teach this work. In 2007 she received her Certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner, and had a private practice in the Village of the Arts in Bradenton, Florida where she and her husband owned The Village Bookshop and The Healing Cottage, 2005-2010. In 2012 she received her Certification as a Healing Touch Instructor for Course 1. She currently teaches classes in Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale, and James Haley VA hospital in Tampa, and has a Healing Touch practice in her home.

Valorie is passionate about HT and teaches with wisdom, compassion and an open heart. She believes that we all have a divine light that is within us and Healing Touch is one way that allows the individual the ability to ignite that light to its fullest potential so we may have greater meaning and purpose in life. As a Healing Touch instructor it is her desire that each student grow to their fullest potential and “BE the light they are meant to be in the world.”
