My name is Michelle Russell, a private Holistic Health and Healing Touch Practitioner located in Duluth, MN.
My personal journey through a series of health challenges with no answers from conventional medicine led me to explore the world of integrative and alternative health care options. The answers and healing that I discovered as a result of my exploration, research, and most importantly application made a profound change in my health and well-being.
My personal life-changing experience inspired me to begin a career and a life dedicated to helping others live more healthfully.
I received my training and certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner from the Global College of Natural Medicine and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In addition, I have completed the Healing Touch certification program through Healing Beyond Borders. This program is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses’ Association. My EFT practitioner clinical certification is through EFT Universe. I am committed to my professional development with ongoing education and certification training.
I look forward to serving those on a quest for wellness by supporting their health care goals with holistic and integrative therapies.

No matter what setting, her approach has always been the same, caring for the whole person.

Passion Statement:
I beleive that the human body and spirit has the power to heal itself, if placed in the proper conditions. Through years of nursing experience and guided by my own self healing, I empower others to seek a state of optimal health as defined by the individual client.

I have been an established healer and practitioner for over ten years providing energy therapy, intuitive counseling and crystal healing in the Twin Cities area and nationally via remote sessions with Skype/phone. I have been surrounded with many teachers and mentors who continue to support and guide my practice as I reach out and teach, advise and mentor those after me. A continuous circle of exchange. I have completed the 'Love is in the Earth" Melody's Master Crystology certification, completed a 10 month intensive certification as a Kundalini yoga instructor through Kundalini Research Institute, completed a two year course of advanced mastery of healing with Michele Mayama's curriculum. My curiousity and researching mind continues to explore energy and how it supports our healing in body, mind and spirit. I am also an Information Systems manager with Allina Health and work in the capacity of technology and supporting healthcare operations. I have three children, my Norwegian Elkhound, Odin and enjoy my nature encounters, cooking a good pie to share and reading my many books in the quiet of my home.
