I grew up in Madisonville, Kentucky and graduated from South Hopkins High School in 1992.  After high school I went to Berea College and in 1996 graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biology.  I attended the University of Louisville and received a Master’s of the Art of Teaching.  I married in 1998 and my husband and I began to work as high school teachers in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1998-2004. We moved back to Kentucky in 2004 where we continued to be high school teachers.

I have been married for 20 years and had a son in 2013.  I had the joy of staying home with him before he started school.  During this time I started doing integrative healing practices such as Reiki, Yoga, and Healing Touch on the side as a hobby.

I started learning about integrative healing modalities about 10 years ago in 2008.  I have been an Usui Reiki Master since March of 2008, and this practice was the start of my journey into the integrative healing modalities.   In July of 2015 I became a yoga instructor through the Aura Wellness Center (200 Yoga Teacher Training Hours).  In October of 2013 I started taking Healing Touch Classes1-5, and in December 14, 2018 I became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner.

Presently I am practicing Healing Touch at Gene’s Health Food Store in Owensboro, Kentucky.  I also teach gentle yoga and meditation at the Unitarian Universalist church in Owensboro, Kentucky on Thursday nights from 6pm-7pm.

 I believe that keeping one’s energy (aura & chakras) balanced and charged are essential in maintaining wellness and in the self healing process.  I also believe that in order to maintain wellness one must have a holistic approach by working on all the levels of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  Healing Touch and yoga are two of the ways that help me to maintain my wellness and to self heal.  I continually grow and learn about new methods for my healing practice such as tuning forks and color therapy.  I have read and continue to read books that help in my growth as a healer and for my personal development.  I believe that it is important to learn from other integrative healing modalities professionals through networking and support groups. The most important factor for being a good healer is having unconditional heart center love for the client with the intention for the highest good to occur.

I am a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, student of life and much more.  I enjoy practicing yoga, walking in nature and feeling my feet in the sand.  I am continuously amazed by the power of being present and facilitating the Healing Touch process for people. I especially value working with LGBTQ identifying individuals and their allies. 

I have been fascinated by energy since I was a young child and I intuitively used it on our pets!

As a midwife for the last 35 years, I have used energy work as part of my practice for pain relief and general health of the moms I work with, as well as with my own family.
I took classes and workshops in multiple healing modalities and worked with an energy healer assisting him for 5 years.
I decided I wanted to have a certification that would mean something to the medical community since I was interested in working with chronic illness and Hospice care.  I found Healing Touch to be a perfect fit. 

I love people and I want to help them reach their goals to be healthy.
I enjoy working with all ages-- from babies to elders; healing work is my passion!

Jaime came to the field of Energy Medicine and integrative holistic healing several years ago by way of her own healing journey.  She has personally experienced the emotional and spiritual depths of trauma and darkness and remains steadfast in her belief that there is no darkness that does not also contain, at least, the faintest glimmer of light.  Along the way, she has come to know with clarity that one of the most important keys to a life well-lived is balance.  Jaime moves through life from a centered place that is grounded in her intuition and love.  

With a background in environmental engineering and sustainability, as well as poetry and fine arts, Jaime is a holistic systems thinker.  She combines her scientific knowledge and logic with her intuition, her creativity, and her intense, compassionate, and empathetic listening skills to engage as a partner in healing with her clients.  Jaime has a passion for understanding life through the eyes of others; she listens with her heart, speaks with spirit, and feels energy with an acuity and sensitivity that affords her the ability to be deeply empathic.  She offers elegant solutions and restorative and sustaining sessions.   

Jaime is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, a Reiki Master Teacher of three lineages, a ULC Ordained Minister, a Shamanic Energy Healer and Guide, and a LEED Accredited Professional (sustainable design and engineering).  She holds a BA in English and International Studies, and a joint MS in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Policy and Planning.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Healing Touch St. Louis as President (Past: Secretary and Vice President), she is also a member of Healing Beyond Borders, a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and a member of the Missouri Gateway Chapter of the US Green Building Council (Past Board Member).  

Jaime is a mother, daughter, partner, teacher, student of life, and seeker who is delighted to help her clients enhance their relationship with Self, bring balance into their life, and broaden and deepen their healing journey.

As a RN for many years, I had the wonderful opportunity to care for patients with a wide variety of illnesses. My traditional medical clinical experience was extensive.

Since fulfilling my heart’s desire by becoming a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, I am delighted to be able to support, promote and provide Healing Touch sessions, not in order to replace traditional medical treatment, but to expand my clients’ opportunity for healing with the additional use of Healing Touch therapy.

My healing touch therapy style is soothing, gentle and caring.  I offer sessions in my home in Highlands Ranch, CO which has a nurturing environment with a lovely view of the mountains and open space. I am available for appointments Monday to Saturday. I also accept certain appointments on location.

My BA and MA degrees are in Counseling Psychology.  I completed my Healing Touch courses in San Diego, CA and Tampa, FL. My RN licenses are with Colorado and Florida.

As a LifeSpark Cancer Resources Volunteer, I provide Healing Touch sessions for participants that have been diagnosed with cancer. The sessions are held at LifeSpark Cancer Resources’ designated locations.

I have been in private practice as an intuitive energy healer for 20 years. My foundation in energy work was with Healing Touch International, and after extensive study and mentorship I became a Certified Healing Touch® Practitioner. 
I went on to study at Delphi University School of Spiritual Studies in Georgia and completed my Doctor level training as a RoHun Therapist.  I have also trained with indigenous healers such as Dr. Rangimarie Turuki Rose Pere, Maori Tohuna Tipua from New Zealand, and Swami Sally Perry, Spirit Medicine, Native American medicine women from Virginia. Through this study I have been introduced to the healing ways and wisdom of the Ancient Ones.  I am also an ordained Minister.

My greatest joy is to co-create healing with my clients and to train and empower them to help themselves. Each healing session is tailored to their specific needs, as Spirit guides us to serve their best and highest good. “I help the people to help themselves to heal at all levels and to find their joy.” 

I have combined my passion for art and healing with the creation of hand painted healing mandalas that capture the healing energy of the client’s Higher Self.  I offer workshops on the creation of these mandalas to help my clients to rekindle and “Awaken the Creative Spirit” in themselves. Workshops are also offered in meditation therapy.

Sarah has worked in the field of mental health and

eating disorders for 27 years. She became a Certified

Massage Therapist in 1999, a Certified Healing

Touch Practitioner in 2010, and a Certified Healing Touch Instructor in 2012. When instructing students

Alyssa first began her journey into metaphysics in childhood. Later, in 2002, she graduated from massage therapy school in Asheville, NC. In 2006, she began training in Healing Touch energy therapy and became certified in 2011. Alyssa also attended classes in NC to be ordained as an Alliance of Divine Love minister to further deepen her spiritual awareness.

Alyssa relocated to the Greenville SC area in the fall of 2011, moving her practice to the upstate. She tailors every healing session to her clients' individual needs, and often combines massage with energy therapy. She enjoys educating the public on the benefits of energy therapy and often teaches classes and workshops.

I have been involved in Healing Touch since 1992, and have been certified for 25 years.  I have maintined an active Healing Practice;  Body In Evolution  in Mineral Point Wisconsin, Madison Wi, and St Paul MN.  I currently see clients in my office in Mineral Point  Wisconsin, or do home visits or visits to hospitals and facilities.  In my previous work as a Hospice RN I used HT extensively. Such a special adjuvent therapy to have to offer patients at that time.

Pamela Grigg, RN, HNB-BC, HWNC-BC, CHTP/I Pam has been a Trauma Nurse since 2009 and practicing Healing Touch since 2010. She feels guided to bring Holistic Health Care to traditional medicine and Hospitals, directed toward balancing the whole person, placing them in the best space to self-heal. She has led numerous projects at Scripps Hospital including Code Lavender Events, Relaxation Rooms (Zen Dens), Stress Management and Aromatherapy, and Roving wellness carts. She is part of a team working to develop non-pharmacologic modalities and Holistic Integrative Healthcare Services. She is passionate about empowering individuals to direct their own self-healing and enjoys teaching and sharing wellness tools, and a private practice Wellness Center in the East County mountains in SD

Katie graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota (Go Sioux!).  Her nursing career has taken her to a variety of practice settings, from Intenisve Care to Hospice Care and long term care and now to private practie.  No matter what setting, her approach has always been the same, caring for the whole person.  

In 2015 Kate served on a medical missino trip to Africa which resulted in a spiritual awakening and led her to the practice of Healing Touch.  Katie is passioante about helping people on the path of balance and self-healing as she has been on her own quest for many years.  In 2018, she became one of the few nurses to acheive National Certification in Holistic Nursing. 

Passion Statement: 

I beleive that the human body and spirit has the power to heal itself, if placed in the proper conditions.  Through years of nursing experience and guided by my own self healing, I empower others to seek a state of optimal health as defined by the individual client.

I am not a counselor.  I do not diagnos or prescribe.  I will make appropiate referrals to other health care professionals through my vast network to care providers if necessary.  

Shannon Oliveira is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner who has worked with children and adults for over 12 years in her private practice, Help-N-Healing. After completing 5 levels and mentoring to receive this certification, her Intuitive Healing skills have increased to deepen the Energy sessions. As an Intuitive Healer, Shannon has assisted many clients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions and illnesses, stress related health problems, anxiety, depression, dementia, grief and trauma. 

Shannon is a Holistic Health Practitioner Apprentice with The Holistic Arts Institute. She has also completed 3 years of Native American teachings, for deep healing, with The Mystery School in New York.

By offering both in person and distance healing sessions, she assists in Mind, Body and Spirit healing.

Shannon continues her Spiritual work as a Reverend by providing a safe space for individuals to explore their authentic voice, while supporting them on their self-healing journey.

Shannon's passion is to help others on this journey. To assist in transforming the Mind and Body to match the Spirit for total balance and healing.

Georgene is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner  Some clients are counseling clients, some of whom desire to also have Healing Touch. Some clients come to Georgene for only Healing Touch. 

Georgene has presented at the Healing Beyond Borders Conference in Colorado about integrating Healing Touch with Mental Health Counseling, as well as several presentations at Oklahoma Counseling Association Confererences.  There are several research studies combining Healing Touch and some Mental Health modalities. Some of the research studies include topics relating to symptoms manifested in PTSD with veterans, and bariatric surgery patients. 

Georgene uses the training that is in her scope of practice to assist clients to obtain their highest level of health possible. Because Healing Touch is in her scope of practice, she is also able to file some insurance policies. 

Georgene maintains a Healing Room at Christ Church Episcopal Tulsa, 10901 S. Yale Ave, Tulsa, OK. She is also a member of the Pastoral Care Ministry and makes visits at the request of the Pastoral Staff. 

I am a RN and a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, having recently retired from a rich 20 years of teaching Healing Touch.  Since 1995, I maintain a private holistic nursing practice specializng in Healing Touch. I am a past member of the Board of Directors as well as a Charter member of Healing Beyond Borders.

I have recently moved to Fenton, MI and continue to serve patients in my private practice.
