YOGA
Rina has been teaching Yoga for over 17 years and meditating for the last 20 years.
In her classes, you will learn Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises for purification), chanting mantra (Sat sang), balancing and unlocking the power of the chakras, and meditation to improve your concentration and awaken the divine within.
Rina taught in Ft Lauderdale at: Red Pearl Yoga, Mind, Body, Baby, Broward Community College North Campus, Holly Cross Hospital, Kate Yoga, Namaste Yoga Salon, P.S. Yoga, Raaja,, Healing Light Center.
Rina is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner for 20 years experience, continues to develop in her spiritual path and heighten intuition to higher levels of awareness. In her daily meditation, she tunes into the energy of the Yogi Masters and Ascended Masters.
