Dana is the owner of Holistic Health Options. Through her business she supports body, mind and spirit through Healing Touch, Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Ayurveda.  She is a member of Healing Beyond Borders and is Certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner as well as Instructor of Level one, two and three.

Dana offers Healing Touch therapy and classes in her studio in Paynesville and also offers level one and two in Bemidji MN, Marshall MN, and St. Joseph MN. Dana is willing to travel to teach level one, two and three where ever there is interest and students can be gathered.  

Dr. C. Diane Rudebock is a Registerd Nurse, Certified Healing Touch Practioner, Ignatian Trained Spiritual Director and Veriditas Certified Labyrinth Facilitator whose heart-centered approach to health focuses on total wellness - mind, body and spirit. She is in private practice in Edmond, OK. She is a Professor Emerita at the University of Central Oklahoma where she taught for 12 years and coordinated the campus Labyrinth project as well as coordinated the Graduate Wellness Management, Health Studies Program. She conducts workshops on health and wellness as well as conducts research focusing on the labyrinth. She is a contributing author to the 2016 book, Labyrinths in Higher Eduation and makes professional presentations at local, state, national and international conferences focusing mainly on the labyrinth. Her 25 years of nuring experience include 17 years as a Public Health Nurse Manager and teaching an traveling internationally as a part of medical mission teams. 

Heather Lucas Webber is a Registered Nurse and the founder of Elan Vital, Bio Energetic Nursing and Healing Arts. She is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse who is passionate about bringing holistic healing practices into the Western medical system through institutions and private practice.

In 1990, she received a Bachelor’s of Fine Art from the Cleveland Institute of Art and went on to attain national recognition as a photographic portrait artist while owning her own studio for 17 years. After the life changing experience of her first husband’s death from cancer, she returned to academia to receive her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. Shortly upon graduating from nursing school, she began to focus her nursing practice with the goals of helping people by strengthening the whole person. Her certification as a holistic nurse holds her to the highest standard of striving to give relationship centered care by assisting her clients  implement behavioral changing strategies, health promotion, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

As a nurse healer, she promotes healing through assessing the human bio energy field and applying vibrational medicine practices and treatments as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. She believes that we begin to heal when we seek harmony and balance, and when we learn to open what has been closed so that we can expand our inner potentials. Heather is driven to influence the betterment of human health, healing and humankind by incorporating the powerful blend of compassion, caring, creativity and love.

My mission is to educate and guide people around the world to embrace effective holistic self-care strategies for balanced, joyful living and continuous total healing. (The most effective, lasting healing creates sustainable balance across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.)

In the 10+ years I have been working with clients, I have assisted in a variety of healings and helping people learn how to manage their stress proactively which strengthens the nervous system and immune system.  I created and taught a Stress Management class combined with studies of psychoneuroimmunology and energy psychology to  help clients find the strategies that work best for their lifestyle and spirit. 

Remote sessions and face to face sessions are both possible. I have successfully remotely worked on clients across the USA, Italy, Iraq, Turkey, Palestine, and India.  I am open to travel to your home in Michigan, work in my office space, or outside in the healing gardens for face to face sessions. I am recently certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner through Healing Beyond Borders.  I have also been certified in the Enneagram for 15 years, and possess a BS in Microbiology and an MBA in Nonprofit Management.  These interests share a common focus on increasing the health and harmony of people in my network and the organizations that support them

As a Healing Touch Practitioner, I see clients in person in Eagan, MN and nationally through online sessions. Lynn is a Registered Nurse in a surgery center.  Her Healing Touch journey began in 2013 and she became a practitoner in November 2015.  Lynn has been studying and practicing metaphysics and healing modalities since 2006.  She is currently in a metaphysical development circle weekly.  Lynn is also certified in Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy.  She was ordained in 2011.
