I began my study of Healing Touch in 1996 and became certified in 2000. I have been a RN since 1983 and worked with injured coal miners in 3 states. I worked with a lot of amputations and this is where I developed an interest in the energy field of the body. Prior to becoming a nurse, I had a degree in Community Health Education and worked as a social case worker for 4 years. I have also studied medical intuitive , craniosacral, Touch for Health, aromatherapy accupressure  and  Healing Touch for animals. Energy fascinates me as I have used it for so many aliments physical and mental. I have also studied Feng Shui and continue my study in anything energy related. I also have owned a consignment business for 25 years. My healing work is on a donation basis and I have also been trained in distant healing.   

A native to Omaha, NE, Vicki's experience in holistic  nursing spans 3 decades.  In the quest to regain her own health she explored many compimentary modalities: essential oils. flower remedies, energy treatnments including the Ondamed, the Lymphstar, and the Asyra and she became an expert in giving Dr Cowdin's Laser Energitic Detoxification treatment(LED). Long interested in integrative therapies, my journey with Healing Touch began in 2002. I was deeply moved by the work & witnessed positive effects for so many people. I became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner through HTI/HBB in 2009 & Certified Healing Touch Instructor in 2013.  I have a private practice, serve as the coordinator for the Blue Ridge Shenandoah Healing Touch Practice Group & the Mentorship Group, coordinator for Healing Touch classes, a Level 1 Instructor & a Mentor for Apprentices of Healing Touch.

I am a BSN RN & work as a Registered Nurse, charge nurse on a pediatric/adult medical surgical inpatient unit. I served as the Interim Clinical Educator, Pediatrics for SRMH from 8/2011-12/2014. I work as a Healing Touch coordinator & volunteer to offer a monthly Healing Touch clinic to staff of SRMH through in Circle-of-Care.

My intention is to be a healing presence through the heart centered practice & teaching of Healing Touch & to support an integrative approach to health & healing. I find this path to be a rich exploration of self- care & an ever-deepening experience of the mind, body, & spirit connection & a deep blessing in my life.

Kathy is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, Medical Qigong DMQ, Usui/Holy Fire®III Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Qigong Instructor in the Cloudwalker Mind/Body Exercise System. She offers an integrative approach compatible with mainstream medicine. Individuals can explore mind-body therapies to balance the human energy field and awaken the self-healing powers that are inherent within. Whether a client is experiencing major illness, coping with life changing events, or has embarked on the path of self-discovery, Kathy assists the client in attaining a deeper connection to self.

Donna has a MS in Counseling, and is a lecturer of Human Services at the University of Bridgeport  She is RYT 500 hour certified Yoga Instructor and is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Donna welcomes Healing Touch patients in her beautiful healing space in her home in Greenwich, Connecticut.
