A native of Denmark, I have lived permanently in the US since 1988 and practiced for nearly three decades as a nurse in various settings, including medical/surgical, infectious disease (HIV/AIDS), oncology and home care and hospice in rural and urban areas. 

 My focus has always been on the whole person, the physical, emotional, soul and spirit. Adding healing touch was a natural progression and personal growth experience for me. My background as a nurse helps guide me as I follow the energy in healing touch sessions and the inclusion of healing touch in my daily practice as a nurse has enriched my work life and given me new tools to bring about healing and harmony in patients and clients.  

 As a healing touch practitioner, I volunteer at a health crisis center, Pathways in Minneapolis and see clients at my home in St Paul's Highland Park neighborhood.

I do energy work that goes deep into every cell of your body, balancing your chakras and cleansing your aura for deep spiritual healing. If there are messages that come up during the session, I will share those with you. This session is a powerful way to explore a deeper sense of peace within your own body. I am a light-body energy worker that helps you center, ground, and really know who you are on a deep soul level. Physical issues can also be addressed.

Christine B. Stewart, RN, MSN, CCRN, CHTP/I is a Certified Critical Care Nurse with over twelve years of experience. She is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor, a Certified Stress Management Instructor, Center for Mind-Body Medicine resiliency skills group facilitator, and nursing and leadership career coach. Christine has been providing Healing Touch to patients with grace and compasion since 2008, and is passionate about sharing this healing modality with care providers, patients, and those looking for a self-care modality. Christine has been called "The Healer's Healer," as she specializes in working with first responders, healthcare workers, chaplains, and clergy. 

Dana is the owner of Holistic Health Options. Through her business she supports body, mind and spirit through Healing Touch, Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Ayurveda.  She is a member of Healing Beyond Borders and is Certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner as well as Instructor of Level one, two and three.

Dana offers Healing Touch therapy and classes in her studio in Paynesville and also offers level one and two in Bemidji MN, Marshall MN, and St. Joseph MN. Dana is willing to travel to teach level one, two and three where ever there is interest and students can be gathered.  

Nathalie is a Registered Nurse, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a Feng Shui Consultant. She has been a nurse for more then 23 years. She was introduced to Healing Touch in 2015 when it inspired her to incorporate energy therapy into her practice. She is certified through Healing Touch Beyond Borders and Healing Touch is now part of her personal life experiences and holistic approach as a nurse.

Her goal is to assist and empower people, through energy therapy, to reconnect with their inner-selves and find the spark that will help them create balance and harmony on all levels of their lives; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. She believes that every human beings can create and maintain their optimal wellness. It is a privilege and honor to work with individuals during their healing journey and observe the ripple effect it creates around them and in the community.
