I’ve co-created and implemented Healing Touch programs at major healthcare systems, including Sibley Hospital, in Washington, DC and Inova Health Systems, in Northern Virginia where I trained over 10% of their nursing workforce between 2012 and 2019. Inova's program supported nurses (and a few+ MDs, therapists, and chaplains), helped reduce compassion fatigue, improve staff well-being, and enhance a nurse's options in support of their excellent patient care.

I have been working in the professional field of massage therapy/bodywork & energy therapies since1989. Coming from a dance and theater arts background, I eventually moved into the healing and meditative arts. These modalities and studies have been a deepening expression of my personal practice of "experiencing" body, mind, and heart. My intention for this ongoing work is to continue self inquiry and healing, to share life experience and knowledge while assisting clients, students and others on their journeys into health and well being.
