I was introduced to energetic healing in the early 1990's, and discovered Healing Touch in 1996. I was "hooked" after my first HT class. Since then I have become Certified. Additionally, I have studied Reiki, Quantum Touch, Sacred Geometry, and Peruvian Shamanism.

Up until 2013 I worked as a computer programmer full time, while seeing clients for HT part time. Since then I have been seeing clients full time.

As a way to give back I am also available to mentor students who have taken Level 4 and are preparing for Level 5.

I was certified in Healing Touch in 2000 and received a certificate in Spiritual Direction in 1998.  They are complimentary and I often include energy work in a direction session.  I also completed a program in interfaith spiritual direction in 2006 and enjoy leading retreats and teaching classes on integrating spiritual practices into daily life. In 2003, I authored a book, Footprints of the Soul: A Creative Guide for Spiritual Journey Groups and Individuals.
