Erin is a native Minnesotan who has spent over 20 years cultivating a life dedicated to healing, transformation, and guiding others through their spiritual and emotional journeys. Now based in California, she combines her Midwestern warmth with the energy and spirit of the West Coast to offer holistic care that nurtures both the body and soul.

As a pastor since 2001, Erin has spent nearly two decades walking alongside individuals through life's most profound challenges. From guiding people through seasons of spiritual growth to offering comfort during times of grief and loss, she’s become a trusted companion to those navigating the complexities of life.

In 2009, Erin expanded her calling as a Healing Touch Practitioner, integrating energy healing into her work. This practice deepens her ability to help others release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and restore balance which allows clients to heal not just on a mental and emotional level, but in a way that impacts their physical well-being as well.

Erin is also a certified life coach, grief/end of life coach, and spiritual director. She specializes in helping individuals during pivotal moments of transition, whether they’re seeking guidance through personal loss, navigating career changes, or rediscovering their purpose in life. By combining coaching with her spiritual and energy healing practices, Erin offers a deeply holistic approach that empowers people to reclaim their inner strength and live with intention and clarity.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Erin’s personal life is a testament to living with intentionality. As a wife of 21 years and proud mom of a vibrant teenager, she understands the balance of nurturing relationships, balancing responsibilities, and carving out time for self-care. Her own experiences have shaped her approach to coaching and healing, making her guidance grounded, empathetic, and deeply relatable.

Katherine has over 500 direct contact hours specializing in providing complementary care to patients undergoing cancer treatment and maintenance.  She has also received intensive training to provide care and relief to individuals experiencing Covid 19 symptoms.  She supports client health through pain reduction, energy rebalancing, mental relief and assisting clients as they move toward wellness and wholeness. Katherine provides patient sessions as a Healing Touch provider through Stanford Healthcare's Center for Integrated Medicine and is available for individual sessions through her private practice.
