I have provided counseling and energy work to individuals for about 25 years. In general, my background is in office management, non-denominational ministry, bio-energy therapy and counseling specializing in holistic wellness. In past, I have volunteered as an associate hospital chaplain, and presently, as a Healing Touch volunteer at Queens Medical Center on Oahu. Aside from having a wellness practice, I also do part-time work in real estate and do energy work on properties. 

Whether with patient or client, I gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the unique dynamics each person holds.

I have been working in the professional field of massage therapy/bodywork & energy therapies since1989. Coming from a dance and theater arts background, I eventually moved into the healing and meditative arts. These modalities and studies have been a deepening expression of my personal practice of "experiencing" body, mind, and heart. My intention for this ongoing work is to continue self inquiry and healing, to share life experience and knowledge while assisting clients, students and others on their journeys into health and well being.
