I was introduced to energetic healing in the early 1990's, and discovered Healing Touch in 1996. I was "hooked" after my first HT class. Since then I have become Certified. Additionally, I have studied Reiki, Quantum Touch, Sacred Geometry, and Peruvian Shamanism.

Up until 2013 I worked as a computer programmer full time, while seeing clients for HT part time. Since then I have been seeing clients full time.

As a way to give back I am also available to mentor students who have taken Level 4 and are preparing for Level 5.

Gayle Nelson B.A. Ed., MSW, RCSWI, CHTP is an educator, registered clinical social work intern and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Gayle specializes in supporting others in their own self-healing journey. She draws on her clinical training and psycho-spiritual/energy-based modalities to facilitate mental, physical, emotional and spiritual integration. Gayle conducts workshops introducing Healing Touch and demonstrating the use of mandala, archetypes, guided imagery and energy-based techniques as tools for personal healing and wholeness. Her Healing Touch practice is in Wilton Manors, FL.

I began my study of Healing Touch in 1996 and became certified in 2000. I have been a RN since 1983 and worked with injured coal miners in 3 states. I worked with a lot of amputations and this is where I developed an interest in the energy field of the body. Prior to becoming a nurse, I had a degree in Community Health Education and worked as a social case worker for 4 years. I have also studied medical intuitive , craniosacral, Touch for Health, aromatherapy accupressure  and  Healing Touch for animals. Energy fascinates me as I have used it for so many aliments physical and mental. I have also studied Feng Shui and continue my study in anything energy related. I also have owned a consignment business for 25 years. My healing work is on a donation basis and I have also been trained in distant healing.
