I am a Practitioner, certified 1998, and an Instructor, certified 2015, by Healing Beyond Borders.

I have an active practice and share my knowlege through classes, as a mentor, and educator to family, friends, and the community.

My background is in nursing and I have taught at Northampton Community College in their nursing department and CPR/Pediatric First Aid to child care providers.

As a doctor of Mind-Body Medicine, I specialize in the relationship between emotions, the mind, and physical health. I am an Integrative Mental Health Specialist serving as a bridge between traditional allopathic (Western) medicine and other World Medicines (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine).  I utilize a holistic, psychodynamic, root-cause perspective focusing on the integration of mind, body, brain, and spirit to help develop personalized treatment plans with my clients. My ideal clients struggle with emotional symptoms and chronic physical conditions and want to empower themselves to feel better every day.

My treatment model includes integrative mind-body psychotherapy, Healing Touch, biofeedback, and auricular acupuncture. Mind-Body strategies help to reduce stress. Breath work, movement, guided imagery, dietary and lifestyle changes are all effective techniques to help you manage or overcome your negative self-talk, brain fog, chronic pain, depression, or anxiety.

I received my certification in Healing Touch in March of 2019. I am available part time to help you open up to your own healing journey. I do private treatments in my home office, and I am available to present to your organization with information and sample treatments.
