Dr. Stephanie is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience and ten years of Healing Touch experience. She has a private practice in Boca Raton, Florida where she specializes in holistic mental health, healing touch, and wellness promotion. Embracing a "mind, body, spirit" approach to client care and treatment, Dr. Stephanie uses Integrative Psychotherapy and Healing Touch to help her clients navigate through whatever life challenge they may be experiencing at the time. Her primary goal is to ease discomfort and distress, restore balance, and promote optimal health and healing. Dr. Stephanie's areas of specialty include anxiety, stress & pain reduction; mindbody & behavioral medicine - she has extensive training and experience in psycho-oncology and surgical coaching; trauma, grief & loss; life transitions; clearing stuck-ness; personal growth; spiritual development; and wellness education.

     An educator at heart, Dr. Stephanie is also a public speaker, guided meditation specialist, and psychology professor. She is most passionate about wellness promotion and empowering clients, students, community members, and healthcare professionals with support, information, and proactive tools to live balanced, healthy, heart-centered lives.

Suzanne is a Certified Healing Touch Practitoner and Instructor who began her training at the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, CA.  She has a Bachelor's in Microbiology from University of California, San Diego and also works as a certified person in food safety.  Suzanne has over twenty years' of teaching experience. She has taught in the areas of wellness, management, marketing, scientific research and scuba diving.  Suzanne has been a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor for UCSD Recreation since 1994.  Suzanne's personal experience helped her realize how important the mind-body connection is to complete wellness and her own self-care.  Teaching Healing Touch allows her to share her insights and experiences to help others find a balanced path to health and healing.

o   Anne Day has over 40 years experience as a holistic nurse and health educator.  She has a Masters of Arts in Health and Wellness, is a Certified Holistic Nurse, Massage Therapist and Journal Instructor.  She is a Past President of Healing Touch International, and the Founder of Healing Touch Hawaii.  Anne has been a lead instructor for Healing Touch since 1990, teaching Levels 1 – 5, assisted Janet Mentgen in the development of the Practitioner levels of Healing Touch and serves as a member of the HBB Instructor Training Committee.  Anne is dedicated to bringing Healing Touch and other integrated therapies into mainstream health care.  She is passionate about teaching others to connect with their inner healing potential.  Her private practice in San Diego includes Healing Touch, therapeutic massage, and wellness counseling.

Pamela Grigg, RN, HNB-BC, HWNC-BC, CHTP/I Pam has been a Trauma Nurse since 2009 and practicing Healing Touch since 2010. She feels guided to bring Holistic Health Care to traditional medicine and Hospitals, directed toward balancing the whole person, placing them in the best space to self-heal. She has led numerous projects at Scripps Hospital including Code Lavender Events, Relaxation Rooms (Zen Dens), Stress Management and Aromatherapy, and Roving wellness carts. She is part of a team working to develop non-pharmacologic modalities and Holistic Integrative Healthcare Services. She is passionate about empowering individuals to direct their own self-healing and enjoys teaching and sharing wellness tools, and a private practice Wellness Center in the East County mountains in SD

I discovered Healing Touch in 2012, the year I retired from a 30+ year career in higher education. After over 20 years teaching for the Psychology Department and then 10+ years as an administrator, I was ready to learn something new. I became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2018. Working with clients and helping them resolve physical and/or emotional pain/discomfort is rewarding and fulfilling. I volunteer with our local hospice agency, using Healing Touch with dying patients. I love this work!

I originally found this modality of HEALING TOUCH as a patient at Scripps Green in La Jolla, CA in 2001. Where my nurse on duty asked if I would like to try a relaxation technique. My pain levels were extreme. She performed HT prior to surgery as well as post-op. I was able to receive this phenomenal treatment, changing my life for my highest good.

I sought out the treatment and found a local church support group in my area; run by Val Jean Zieber, CHTP/Spiritual Ministry. I continued to receive monthly treatments. As I progressed in healing; I started learning more. Finding education from Scripps through our Healing Touch International/Healing Beyond Borders Organization. Which has taught me self-care techniques that I continue to share.

My journey with Healing Touch continued; in 2012 as a regular recipient of this modality of healing. I started my first course work in the summer of 2012. I was excited to learn more of this incredible therapy and what it had to offer. I became a member of Healing Touch International/Healing Beyond Borders in 2014. By 2016, I was certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner - CHTP.

My role as a prior student and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner continues to include being a coordinator/helper for Foundations of Healing Touch (Course 1) and Energetic Patterning and Clinical Application (Course 2) in the San Diego California area. 

I have also become an EarSeed Certified Practitioner. Working with the Ears in Auricular Therapy. 

In addition, I continue to be of service as a volunteer; through Sharp Hospital Chula Vista and Sharp Grossmont Hospice. I also see patients and family on an individual basis.

I continue to enjoy serving as a co-Mentor for the continuance of our future mentees working toward certification. 

Claire D’Andrea, RN, CHTP, NC-BC, CCRC has over 48 years of nursing experience encompassing Integrative and Holistic Medicine, Intensive Care, Research, Maternal Child Health and Home Health. She earned certifications as an Integrative Nurse Coach from The International Nurse Coach Association, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner from Healing Beyond Borders, and Clinical Research Coordinator from The Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is HeartMath trained though the HeartMath Institute. Claire is a member of The International Nurse Coach Association, The Holistic Nurses Association, Healing Beyond Borders, and The Association of Clinical Research Professionals. 

Claire’s educational background and years of diverse clinical nursing experience has led to a gratifying career in health care. Believing that health is more than the absence of disease, her passion is helping people explore the many facets of healing and the intricate connection of the mind, body and spirit in achieving a state of well-being and health. Her healing touch journey began after her own cardiac event in 1998. She began her personal healing in energy medicine with healing touch witch led her to study and practice to become a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2008. In 2017 she became a Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach.

In addition to her private practice she enjoys working with the team at Guarneri Integrative Health, Inc. at Pacific Pearl La Jolla as an Integrative Nurse Coach and Healing Touch provider. Previously, Claire worked full-time at Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, California for almost 15 years. She was the Supervisor of Patient Care at the center from 2004- 2017, managing a diverse clinical staff of health care professionals including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Biofeedback Therapists, Acupuncturists, Healing Touch Practitioners and a Research Nurse. She had oversight of the clinical operations of the department including healing modalities classes and workshops, cardiac stress imaging studies, the Lifestyle change program, cardiac rehab and Enhanced External Counter Pulsation

Claire volunteers with two notable organizations. She is a Board Member of Miraglo Foundation and serves as Secretary. She also volunteers her time to support women living with heart disease for WomenHeart, a nonprofit with the mission to improve the health and quality of life of women living with or at risk of heart disease and advocate for their benefit.  She has been a spokesperson for WomenHeart since 2004 and has presented at many community events and for the California Society for Cardiac Rehab. She was a member of the WomenHeart Board of Directors from 2012 – 2017 and also served a term as Vice Chair of the Board. She trained at the  WomenHeart Science and Leadership symposium in 2004 and has been a WomenHeart Champion since then holding monthly support groups and ongoing public speaking.
