First Healing Touch workshop training was December 1994 the weekend after a  self-induced, 'stress-induced health and healing crisis'. Healing Touch was instrumental in my recovery along with many complemetary therapies. Through this life changing experience I realized we can access a multitude of inner and outer resources to help us on our healing path. I was inspired to study and become a certified holistic nurse. 

I ow started a business in St. Louis in 1996 called Healing Resources and over the years assisted many in reaching their healing and health care goals.

I love to educate and advocate and am always honored to be at someone's side whether during an acute health care crisis, for wellness, end of life or on a transformational  journey.

I do energy work that goes deep into every cell of your body, balancing your chakras and cleansing your aura for deep spiritual healing. If there are messages that come up during the session, I will share those with you. This session is a powerful way to explore a deeper sense of peace within your own body. I am a light-body energy worker that helps you center, ground, and really know who you are on a deep soul level. Physical issues can also be addressed.

I am Connie M. Kaiser and I began my career in the healing arts back in 1998 when I chose to leave the corporater world and enrolled in the Therapeutic Massage Training Institue of Charlotte, NC. I graduated on 11-18-99 at which time went onto board certification and became Nationally Certefied in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I then recieved my North Carolina state license #2260 as a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT #2260) on 5-1-01.

My first introducation to "energy" was back in school. where I learned Dr. Stone's version of polarity. After that very enlightening class, I studied Reiki and within 3 years learned level 1 & 2 and afer leve 3 becames a Reiki Master. Over the next several years, I continued my education in the Healing Touch Program, and after taking all 5 levels went on for a 1 year mentorship with Deborah Larrimore of Winston Salem. NC ( who is the present director of Healing Touch Education & Reasearch at Wake Forest/Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem and is on the Healing Touch International Educational Committee) and became boeard certified as Certified Healing Touch Practitioner # 2766 since 1-4-08 (CHTP #2766). I would also like to add that for a 15-year period, Deborah Lattimore studied and worked direction with Janet Mentegen- the original founder of Healing Touch. I am presently interestd in becoming an instruction in Healing Touch and begun preparing for this venture with some new education in learning to become a teacher, etc. and plan to contiue with  Healing Touch
's protocol and educational requirements.

I also studies many workshops on Chakras. along with Quantum- Touch Healing Level 1 and Level 2 and I am now in the process of becoming a Certified Practioner in Quantum Touch by meeting all of their requirements. At this time I am also preparing to become an instructor in Quantum Touch Healing and in becoming an approved continuing ed provider within the North Carolina of Massage & Bodywork.

Continuing my education with energy, I studied 6 level in Healing with Crystals ( also known as Gem Therapy) where crystals & stones are placed directly on chakras along with grids and matrixes on and around the body. I then studied vibration and sound healing and learned  62 hours in Acutonics Tuning Forks, including Tibetan bowls, Tinchas, drums & rattles.

My new passion and way of balancing chakras is using hand held Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl which is toned to the third eye chakra. Quartz is the most powerful healing and energy amplifier on the planet and can take the energy to the most perfect state possible-going back to before the disease set in. Spirtually it wil raise your energy to the highest possible level, enhancing psychic abilities and attunes you to your spiritual purposes.

Another passtion of mine is to combine all these modalities into Long Distance Healing. Using all the basics from Quantum-Touch Healing Level 1 and 2, aloing with elements from Reiki Level 2, Healing Touch, Aromatherapy, crystal healing layouts and sound healing: ( excluding tuning forks directly applied to source points on the body), but including etheric tuning forks, tibetan bowls, tinchas, drums & rattles and hand held quartz singing bowl, are all used helping to facilitate self-healing to all people and animals (pets) and things that choose to be healed.

She currently volunteers at Emmanuel House offering Energy Sessions to the residents. She also participated in the “In Touch” pilot project at the Waterford Hospital and volunteered Healing Touch Sessions to patients for many years.  Millie is an accredited member of Healing Touch Association of Canada, Healing Beyond Boarders and Healing Touch Program. I started Level 1 training 5 years ago in 2012. I was diagnosed with lupus in 2011 and was looking for something I could do because I was in so much pain all the time that I couldn't continue doing physical jobs like I've always done. I didn't know what to expect but a friend highly recommended I try Healing Touch. I fell in love right away! The weekend of training felt more like going to a spa and I never wanted to leave! I felt so amazing! I knew that if I felt this good, others will too. So I continued on until certification in 2016 and I currently work out of my home in Freeport, MN. I have returning clients every month and I'm looking to add another location in St. Cloud to be more convenient for other clients as well.

My mission is to educate and guide people around the world to embrace effective holistic self-care strategies for balanced, joyful living and continuous total healing. (The most effective, lasting healing creates sustainable balance across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life.)

In the 10+ years I have been working with clients, I have assisted in a variety of healings and helping people learn how to manage their stress proactively which strengthens the nervous system and immune system.  I created and taught a Stress Management class combined with studies of psychoneuroimmunology and energy psychology to  help clients find the strategies that work best for their lifestyle and spirit. 

Remote sessions and face to face sessions are both possible. I have successfully remotely worked on clients across the USA, Italy, Iraq, Turkey, Palestine, and India.  I am open to travel to your home in Michigan, work in my office space, or outside in the healing gardens for face to face sessions. My nursing career of 39 years has spanned all of life's spectrum from labor and delivery to hospice.  Healing Touch has been a gift to me personally and professionally.  I belive in empowering my clients with wellness tools and healing techniques that are holistic.  Unless we address mind, body and spirit we cannot achieve wholeness.  I have a special interest in women with unexplained pelvic pain and irritable bowel syndrome as well as sports injuries.  Healing Touch is an important component to any wellness plan.  Learning to listen to our bodies and respond appropriately is crutial to maintaining a balanced life and healthy body.
